Effects of AR-Based Home Appliance Agents on User's Perception and Maintenance Behavior

Augmented reality (AR) agents superimposed on appliances can increase user motivation for maintenance. While AR visualization enhances pleasantness and intimacy, it does not reduce discomfort or perceived intelligence compared to text-based methods.
