Association between ABO blood groups and preeclampsia

This study found no association between ABO blood groups and preeclampsia in Mexican women. Preeclampsia risk was not linked to blood type in either multiparous or nulliparous individuals.

Conclusions:
- ABO blood groups are not associated with preeclampsia in the studied Mexican population.
- These findings suggest that ABO blood type does not influence preeclampsia risk in this demographic.
