Time to Radiation after Oncoplastic Reduction versus After Lumpectomy

Oncoplastic reduction (OCR) surgery for breast cancer does not delay radiation therapy initiation compared to lumpectomy. However, OCR is associated with higher complication rates, though these do not significantly impact radiation timing.
