Summary

Serum lipid profiles, including total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL, correlate significantly with the severity of sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL). HDL showed an insignificant negative correlation. These findings suggest lipids may serve as biomarkers for hearing impairment.
