Inter observer reliability for peritoneal carcinomatosis at computed tomography.

Radiologists showed low inter-observer reliability in reporting peritoneal carcinomatosis. However, there was excellent agreement in using the computed tomography peritoneal carcinomatosis index for scoring, encouraging its adoption in cancer reporting.
