Transoral Endoscopic Neck Surgery (TNS) is gaining traction in Brazil, with younger surgeons adopting the transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy and parathyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA/TOEPVA). Over 1200 procedures have been performed, primarily in the Southeast region.
