This study found racial differences in ocular biometry for primary angle closure glaucoma (PACG) patients. Chinese patients had narrower anterior chamber angles (ACA) compared to Malays, regardless of disease progression.

- While some initial differences were noted, ocular biometry measurements did not significantly differ between progress and non-progress groups after controlling for confounders.
