Summary

Interobserver agreement for Gallium-68 fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (68Ga-FAPI) PET/CT cancer imaging is substantial only among highly experienced observers. At least 300 scans are recommended for accurate interpretation of tumor staging and potential pitfalls.
