Exercises With Optimal Scapulothoracic Muscle Activation for Individuals With Paraplegia.

The SA punch exercise maximizes serratus anterior (SA) activation and minimizes the upper trapezius (UT) to SA ratio in individuals with paraplegia. Supine exercises are recommended to improve shoulder health and reduce impingement risk.
