Autoimmune versus Non-autoimmune Cutaneous Features in Monogenic Patients with Inborn Errors of Immunity

Nearly half of Iranian patients with inborn errors of immunity (IEI) show skin issues, often as the first sign. These cutaneous manifestations can delay diagnosis but may indicate a milder prognosis, especially autoimmune types.
