Abstract:
The Équilibres model of care enables volunteer private nurses to organize complex home care and coordinate care with all the actors involved in the city-hospital and medical-social link. Mobilized in favor of patient autonomy and taking into account the needs of caregivers, nurses enrolled in this program also find greater recognition of their skills and commitment.
