THRIFTY-A High-throughput Single Muscle Fiber Typing Method Based on Immunofluorescence Detection

We developed THRIFTY, a high-throughput immunofluorescence fiber typing method. This rapid technique allows for large-scale investigations into muscle fiber type-specific physiology, overcoming previous time limitations.
