This case study highlights Takotsubo syndrome, a form of stress cardiomyopathy, in a patient with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection. The condition resolved spontaneously, suggesting a link between COVID-19 and cardiac complications.
