Clinical Considerations for Patients Experiencing Acute Kidney Injury Following Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

Nearly 25% of patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) for kidney stones develop acute kidney injury (AKI). Risk factors include hypertension and certain medications, leading to worse outcomes.
