Student Performance on an Objective Structured Clinical Exam Delivered Both Virtually and In-Person

Pharmacy students taking the milestone objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) showed similar performance in both virtual and in-person formats. While overall results were comparable, some virtual cases presented challenges, informing future virtual OSCE development.
