This study reports a rare case of vascular invasion in undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS) recurrence. Post-surgery changes may have facilitated tumor invasion into the internal jugular vein.

- Perivascular tissue changes post-neck dissection may contribute to tumor vascular invasion.
