Prechoroidal Cleft Regression After Switch to Intravitreal Brolucizumab

Prechoroidal clefts, a negative prognostic sign in neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), completely regressed after treatment with brolucizumab injections. This novel finding offers hope for previously unresponsive cases.
