Summary

Frontal bone osteomyelitis is a rare complication of rhino-orbito-cerebral mucormycosis (ROCM) following COVID-19. Early detection of this serious condition in post-COVID-19 mucormycosis patients is crucial to prevent disfigurement and intracranial spread.
