Predictive factors for recurrence after lower limb deformity correction in hypophosphatemic rickets

Children under 10 years old undergoing surgery for hypophosphatemic rickets deformities have a higher risk of recurrence. Gradual correction with hemiepiphysiodesis may also increase recurrence risk, aiding early intervention strategies.
