Potential Effect of Vortioxetine on Restless Leg Syndrome

Vortioxetine may improve restless legs syndrome (RLS) in patients with depression and anxiety. In a case series, 5 of 7 patients experienced symptom regression after adding vortioxetine to their treatment.
