Post-COVID-19 patients frequently experience musculoskeletal pain, particularly in the back, low back, and knee. Neuropathic pain occurs in 2.9%-5.7% of cases, influenced by acute COVID-19 severity.

- Neuropathic pain incidence was 2.9% (LANSS) and 5.7% (PDQ).
- Low back and knee pain significantly correlated with neuropathic pain; acute COVID-19 severity (VAS score) associated with neuropathic pain.

- Musculoskeletal pain, especially in the back, low back, and knee, is common post-COVID-19.
- Neuropathic pain affects a notable percentage of post-COVID-19 patients (2.9%-5.7%).
- Neuropathic pain should be considered in the ongoing management of patients recovering from COVID-19.
