Summary

Recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) gene therapy vectors show minimal innate immune activation. Quantitative transcriptomics reveals rAAV8 uptake by dendritic cells does not trigger inflammatory pathways, suggesting an immune-favorable profile.
