    Summary

    Bone scintigraphy using methylene diphosphonate (MDP), hydroxymethylene diphosphonate (HDP), or disodium 3-dimethyl-3-hydroxydiphosphonate (DPD) showed no significant differences in detecting metastatic lesions. MDP kits demonstrated slightly superior lesion detectability in routine clinical use.
