A new instrument. The Harrington rod director

To reduce flexion deformity in spine fractures operated with Harrington distraction rods, these rods have to be bent into lordosis. A "rod director" was constructed to facilitate the insertion of the lower, square end of the bent rod into the square-holed hook. This instrument makes it possible to reduce and stabilize the spine more efficiently.
