Summary

Glymphatic dysfunction, identified by Diffusion Tensor Image Analysis aLong the Perivascular Space (DTI-ALPS), is linked to Parkinson's disease (PD). Lower DTI-ALPS scores in PD patients correlated with increased motor and cognitive impairment.
