The single-incision midurethral sling (SIMS) using the Dynamic Intraoperative Standing Sling Technique (DISST) demonstrated 95% success in treating stress urinary incontinence over 3 years. This office-based procedure showed sustained efficacy with excellent patient-reported outcomes.
