Predicting immunotherapy response in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is crucial. Certain T cell subsets (CD8+ and CD8+CD101hiTIM3+) correlate with poor outcomes, while others indicate better progression-free survival in NSCLC patients receiving anti-PD1 therapy.
