Common Molecular Signatures Between Coronavirus Infection and Alzheimer's Disease Reveal Targets for Drug Development

COVID-19 infection and Alzheimer's disease (AD) share common molecular pathways, including altered cAMP signaling and neuroinflammation. Identifying these shared mechanisms and genetic targets may help prevent cognitive decline in COVID-19 patients.
