Anterior segment indices in mentally retarded children

This study found significant differences in anterior segment indices, including central corneal thickness and corneal diameter, between mentally retarded and normal children. Keratoconus indicators were also more prevalent in children with cerebral palsy and higher grades of mental retardation.
