Photokeratoscopy: some theoretical and practical considerations of the technique

Some theoretical limitations of photokeratoscopy associated with the quantification of keratograms are discussed. Representative keratograms of normal and abnormal corneas are presented to illustrate the practical limitations of any mire imaging technique.
