The Association Between Ventricular Fibrillation and Serum Catecholamine Levels

Higher serum epinephrine levels were not associated with successful resuscitation in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients with ventricular fibrillation. This study suggests epinephrine may not improve return of spontaneous circulation outcomes.
