Evaluation of Willis Polygon Morphometry with Cranial Tomographic Angiography

Vessel diameters in the Willis polygon were smaller in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and hypertension (HT) compared to healthy individuals. These morphometric differences in T2DM and HT patients may inform anatomical evaluations and surgical treatments.
