Purpose of the Study:

  • To prospectively evaluate the impact of a 12-month aerobic exercise intervention on the immune system's biology in individuals with Lynch syndrome.
  • To assess how a structured cycling program influences immune cell populations and inflammatory markers within the colonic microenvironment of LS carriers.

Main Methods:

  • A non-randomized clinical trial involving 21 LS patients comparing a 12-month aerobic exercise program (cycling, 3x weekly) against usual care (single counseling session).
