Epicardial Fat Volume as a Good Predictor for Multivessel Coronary Artery Disease

Epicardial fat volume (EFV) is significantly higher in patients with obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD). Increased EFV is an independent predictor of obstructive CAD and multivessel disease.
