A pregnant woman developed rapidly progressing, ulcerated nodules on her thigh during pregnancy. The condition persisted post-delivery, requiring medical intervention for the extensive lesions and swollen lymph nodes.

Background:
- A 25-year-old pregnant woman presented with a 5-month history of rapidly progressing skin lesions on her left thigh.
- The lesions evolved from papules to ulcerated nodules, unresponsive to initial antibiotic and surgical treatments.
Observation:
- The patient experienced fever and weight loss.
- Physical examination revealed multiple ill-defined, erythematous, immobile, and ulcerated nodules on the left thigh, measuring up to 4x5 cm.
- Matted inguinal lymphadenopathy was noted on the left side.

- The nodules exhibited ulceration with purulent discharge and crusting, suggestive of secondary bacterial infection.
- The lesions extended significantly along the medial aspect of the left thigh.
