Abstract:
Whipple disease is a rare disorder caused by infection with the gram-positive bacterium Tropheryma whipplei . It can invade various organs and systems of the whole body. This case report describes a patient with invasion of multiple lymph nodes throughout the body misdiagnosed as lymphoma by PET/CT.
