Segmental Erythema Multiforme: An Unusual Drug Reaction to Anastrozole

Anastrozole, used for breast cancer, can rarely cause Erythema Multiforme (EM). This case report details a rare instance of segmental EM localized to the cancer-affected breast, appearing months after treatment initiation.
