[Polarographic cell for the microanalysis of biological substances]
Abstract:
A polarographic cell is developed for two-electrode polarographic analysers to be used in mass clinical testing. The cell enables testing samples of as small volumes as 0.1 cm3 because its working part is made in the form of a tubular channel of a small diameter and a reference electrode is isolated from the cell working channel with a filter passing ions through. The cell may be arranged to operate in autoanalyzers with continuous and intermittent sampling.
