Does physical therapy impact clinical outcomes after lumbar decompression surgery?

Physical therapy (PT) after lumbar decompression surgery did not significantly improve patient outcomes or reduce readmissions. Further analysis indicated that patient comorbidities and discharge destination were more predictive of readmission than PT attendance.
