Summary

This study developed an extended-gate field-effect transistor (EGFET) using Indium Tin Oxide/Polyethylene Terephthalate films as a pH sensor. The sensor demonstrated a consistent decrease in current with increasing pH, showing high sensitivity in sulfuric acid.
