Oncogenic Osteomalacia: Challenges in Diagnosis

A rare case of oncogenic osteomalacia caused by a head and neck mesenchymal tumor is presented. Octreotide-based PET-CT proved most sensitive for locating the tumor, leading to patient recovery.
