Paired helical filaments in spinal ganglia neurons of the dog
Abstract:
Paired helical filaments (PHF) with a periodic twist for every 35 nm were found in spinal ganglia neurons of adult dogs after aortic ligation. The mechanism of their formation is discussed with regard to possible modification of neurofilaments proteins.
