A new prostate cancer risk tool, PIPEN, integrates multiparametric MRI (mpMRI) data to predict 5-year biochemical recurrence (BCR) after radical prostatectomy. This model offers improved accuracy over existing tools, stratifying patients into five distinct risk categories for better treatment planning.
