Summary

Angiography-derived microcirculatory resistance (AMR) effectively predicts major adverse cardiac events in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients post-percutaneous coronary intervention. A post-PCI AMR of ≥250 indicates a higher risk of adverse outcomes.
