Low mobility group (LMG) non histone chromatin proteins: fractionation and characterization by high performance
Abstract:
Low mobility group nuclear proteins extracted from the 0.35 M NaCl non histone proteins of calf thymus chromatin were fractionated by preparative high performance liquid chromatography. The different fractions were characterized by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and amino acid analysis.
