Chromothripsis in lipoblastoma: second reported case with complex PLAG1 rearrangement

Lipoblastomas, rare childhood tumors, often show chromosome 8 changes involving the PLAG1 gene. This study reports a rare case of lipoblastoma with chromothripsis, a complex genomic rearrangement.
