Hybridoma Technology01:31

Hybridoma Technology

14.8K
Hybridoma technology is used for the large-scale production of monoclonal antibodies. Monoclonal antibodies bind to only a single antigenic determinant or epitope. Such antibodies are used in research, diagnostics, and disease therapy. The hybridoma technology established in 1975 by Georges Köhler and Cesar Milstein was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1984 for revolutionizing research and therapy.

    Area of Science:

    • Information Security
    • Optics
    • Cryptography

    Background:

    • Optical holographic encryption (OHE) offers parallel and multi-dimensional data security.
    • Existing OHE methods face security challenges due to hologram robustness.
    • There is a need for advanced OHE techniques to address persistent security flaws.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To propose a novel multilevel holographic encryption method.
    • To enhance the security of optical holographic encryption systems.
    • To leverage the Tiger Amulet (TA) concept for improved data protection.

    Main Methods:

    • Developed a multilevel holographic encryption approach based on the Tiger Amulet (TA) concept.
    • Implemented a dual-ciphertext strategy with deceptive low-level plaintext.
    • Utilized hologram robustness in reverse for enhanced middle-level plaintext security.

    Main Results:

    • The proposed method employs two ciphertexts for enhanced security.
    • Deceptive content confounds eavesdroppers, while hologram robustness protects middle-level data.
    • High-level plaintext decryption requires combined and collimated ciphertexts via the TA mechanism.

    Conclusions:

    • The TA-based multilevel OHE enhances security and sensitivity in decryption.
    • The method offers promising applicability in diverse information security scenarios.
    • This approach has the potential to redefine multilevel OHE design.
