Atypical Morphology of a Typical Mycobacterial Infection

A young woman with facial nodules, initially suspected to be other conditions, was diagnosed with cutaneous tuberculosis. Prompt antitubercular therapy led to complete healing, highlighting the importance of considering tuberculosis in endemic areas.
