Summary

A rare thumb injury, proximal metacarpal ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) avulsion, was successfully repaired using suture anchors under wide-awake anesthesia. This technique ensured MCP joint stability and excellent patient recovery, with no symptoms at one year.
