    Purpose of the Study:

    • To objectively compare physiological and psychological differences between self-reported poor and good sleepers.
    • To investigate metabolic markers, including stress hormones and body temperature, in relation to sleep quality.
    • To assess the accuracy of sleep perception in poor and good sleepers.

    • Paired comparison of 18 poor sleepers and 18 good sleepers (matched for sex, age, height, weight).
